GREEN Home Panel – Politics meets practice: How does the HOA become climate neutral?

More renovations in HOAs – but how? Politicians discuss which financing models are necessary and which criteria must be fulfilled so that renovation is feasible for HOAs and the building stock becomes climate-neutral in the long term. From the legal framework to funding and the practical requirements on site – the building policy experts from the national political arena address the practical questions.

Is the GEG reform sufficient to promote a wave of refurbishment in WEG or do crucial points still need to be set?

In our GREEN Home project, we have taken an in-depth look at the obstacles and challenges of energy-efficient renovation in HOAs and developed proposals on how legislation can have a positive impact on the renovation rate. Join us as we discuss these and ask your policy questions too! It is about nothing less than the future of the building stock!
