Start of the GREEN Home survey
The EU-funded GREEN Home project led by VDIV Deutschland e.V. calls on property managers and homeowners nationwide to take part in a survey on the topic of energy efficiency in homeowner associations (HOAs).
Increasing the refurbishment rate and energy efficiency in order to achieve the ambitious climate protection goals by 2045 can only be successful if respective measures and approaches are based on the actual needs of HOAs and property managers.
The aim of the project GREEN Home – energy efficiency for homeowners’ associations is to support homeowner associations with targeted financing instruments and residential real estate administrations in the energy-efficient upgrading of properties. In the course of the European Green Dome project, the partners will develop needs-oriented financing instruments for energy-efficient refurbishments in HOAs.
