Kick-off for the GREEN Home pilot projects

We began the pilot project phase in November last year. Here, both administrations and energy services were assigned to the refurbishment phases of a homeowner associations (HOA) building, as well as to the prototypes of refurbishment models developed for the GREEN Home project: moderation, networking, digital HOA-iRR, HOA loan default guarantee or interim financing, basic program, energy service companies (ESCO) for HOA and ESCO2+ (see image).

In this exchange, administrators were initially able to share their needs regarding their current projects: What stage of refurbishment is the project in? Which prototype of the models is best suited to this project?

Energy services had the opportunity to assign themselves to the prototypes and refurbishment phases and present their matching business model.

The participants then had the opportunity to engage in intensive discussions during a “speed get-to-know-you” session. This gave each administration the opportunity to consult with an energy service provider on how they could specifically support the current HOA-project. As the event was held as a hybrid event, participants who were connected also had the opportunity to network with those present.
